For years, L&S Group has been providing a general contract service. This means that we carry out all kinds of architectural projects, meeting all of the client’s requirements with a “turnkey” approach.

The “turnkey” concept is based on the principle of relieving the client of their concerns, both management-related and otherwise, by supplying a single contact who deals with everything.

We would like there to be total continuity between our work in the wellness field and our main area of business. With this in mind:

_ We have put together a team that is capable of dealing with all of the issues that arise during work, thanks in no small part to our decades of experience.

_ When preparing projects, we always elaborate at least two possible approaches to present to the client, with whom we constantly discuss matters.

_ We work with architects who have significant experience in the fitness and wellness sectors. They are able to follow projects from the initial phase (concept layout) – in which we carefully plan the arrangement of the entire space – to the final presentation to the client – when we show completely realistic renderings to give as concrete a vision as possible of the final project.

Thanks to our vast experience, we are not limited to projects of a certain size but can range from small to enormous scales, from little villages to metropolises.
