L&S Group was founded in Eraclea in 1994 by William Lucchetta. He saw the potential of general contracting, which was still largely unheard of in Italy at the time, and gathered the top professionals from the local area around him. After experiences in specific sectors (such as electrical systems), paradoxically the group specialized and enormously broadened its skills: in fact, above all general contracting involves organizing hugely different professional skills and techniques, held together by a safe, expert hand. It could be compared to the work of a director on a film set. He coordinates all of the workers – including the actors – in order to put together a final visual experience. L&S guides its technicians, builders, plant engineers, specialized workers, etc. to create a bespoke spatial experience.

In 2005, L&S further expanded its range of services to take in wellness. This was a challenge that William Lucchetta, the group’s founder and director, was extremely eager to take on.

We thus work with companies with huge, impressive client portfolios that have specialized in water treatment for more than thirty years.

We make it a general rule to use top quality materials, both when building facilities for relaxation (saunas, Turkish baths, multi-sensory showers, Kneipp trails, hydrotherapy, etc.) and on coverings (wood, mosaics, etc.).
