The main objective of our company is to deliver a first-rate finished product every time, by always placing the utmost importance on every single detail. We choose the most appropriate finishings and materials for the work at hand.
We ensure the very best quality for architecture, following the most favourable production cycle and only considering the real costs.

Our strengths are:

- Optimizing costs.
- High quality standards.
- Ongoing dialogue with the client.

In a recent interview, William Lucchetta clearly summed up the spirit behind our work:

D: Could you explain exactly what general contract work involves? I have the impression that it is a little-known trade and one which few people carry out. Is this the case?

WL: The term “general contract” means everything and nothing. It means that a company is able to do a bit of everything and produce anything, with what is known as a “turnkey” approach. You are quite right when you say there are few people who do a complete job. We, for example, attempt to provide a comprehensive service and all-round assistance, from the planning stage right down to the smallest detail. To cite an example, I am currently working on an 800 m² retail space in Pieve di Soligo for which I guided the client and the architect in the choice of flooring. It was put into place as I wished, or rather how I saw it working best in that specific situation.

D: So your opinion is both a technical and an aesthetic one?

WL: Yes, but I try to never go against the choices of the architect, even though in the end I realized that I gave him so many alternative possibilities and options that I could have easily done the work by myself. However, it should be said that architects often have brilliant ideas, whereas I don’t, because I stick to the production side of things.

D: Are you really sure about that? Brilliant ideas are rare in architecture, but I think that they are important in your line of work because at the end of the day professionals such as general contractors are the ones who shape contemporary spaces.

WL: In our work, we find ourselves within a larger project that we have to carry out, but this project sometimes simply comes in the form of a photograph or a photocopy of another project which is perhaps taken from a magazine. Being in the trade, I give architects a number of possibilities for implementing their chosen images and in most cases they listen to and take up my suggestions. And sometimes I ask myself whether in actual fact it’s me who is the real architect …
